Ambidextrous hitters | Volley Talk - ProBoards
When I was young playing volleyball I would sometimes go up with my right hand. My coach said I could do both and he would work with me and teach me both if I wanted, but I would take twice the amount of reps to be just as good and I would get better faster if I went with one hand. So that pretty much got me into using my left all the time.
