AK mars FRT trigger
It sounds to me like MARS and any other makers whose trip bars keep bending don’t understand metallurgy. If they used the right type of steel and hardened it to springyness (new word) like an AK military select lever then it probably wouldn’t happen.

KONO FRT trigger is out! | AK Rifles
Report back, if you would, after putting a couple hundred rounds downrange with the new trigger. A lot of vendors seem to be cranking out junk FRT devices just to take people’s money. If someone who actually understands materials and metallurgy would make a good FRT for AK’s then they could make a mint when word spreads.

Its interesting, and will likely come in under galil ace prices (and hopefully under galil ace weight), lrbho would be nice, but im not sold on it yet. modular rear sights (especially the rpk style) sounds great, i hate aperture sights. otherwise it will probably sell well in 5.56 and x39 especially if it does take std ak mags.

7.63x39 16" DMR | AK Rifles
A scope rail and optics on a standard AK to me makes no sense at all. Unless you are Rob Ski, reaching out 500 yards is a very difficult thing to do for most shooters. Plus on top of that, the 7.62x39 round is dying at 300 yards after you pull the trigger.
